Orlando Villa Deals is referred to as 'OVD' in the following terms and conditions.

1. Villas will be listed on OVD once the application form has been completed, at least one image is supplied and payment has been received. If a villa is yet to be completed and an actual photo is not available then a sketch or rendering may be acceptable. It is recommended that a picture of the villa front is used as the main picture for your listing, however, this is not required and you may choose to use other internal or external shots as the main picture.

2. No general text (Introduction, Description, Rates) can contain any contact details such as email, website addresses or virtual tours. If this information is needed then links are provided on a 'Showcase' villa listing.

3. OVD reserves the right to edit the content of your listing. Although spelling and grammar are expected to be correct on the text supplied, any glaring errors may be corrected to maintain a quality site feel. Words that are capitalized are not permitted (unless used very sparingly - as headers etc.) and will be removed or changed to normal text. Contact information will be removed from text.

4. Owners are required to quote their OVD villa reference number when responding to enquiries generated by OVD. This gives proof to the enquirer that they are receiving genuine email and are not being subjected to spam email. With every enquiry, the guest is told to expect OVD reference numbers on their replies.

5. If you are unable to fulfill a direct enquiry then you must inform the enquirer. You must not forward the enquiry to any other villa owner. Sending enquiries received through OVD to other villa owners is strictly forbidden.

6. Response to a General Enquiry should not contain a lot of images. Enquirers will be receiving multiple email responses and images will clog their email inbox. It is recommended to send only one response to a General Enquiry. If a second follow up email is sent this must be short. No more than two (2) email responses are acceptable for a General Enquiry, unless further correspondence is received from the enquirer.

7. The style and look of the OVD website may change over time. Feedback on loading times may cause some pages to alter, in particular 'Browse Villa' pages. The number of villas per page on 'Browse Villa' pages is therefore subject to change.

8. The order that villas are listed on 'Browse Villa' pages is determined first by whether the villa is a 'Showcase Villa' or a 'Choice Villa'. Showcase villas precede Choice villas on the list. Within Showcase villas, the villas are listed in respect of the number of images provided: the more villa images, the higher the listing. If a villa has the same number of images as another, the villa that was listed first comes highest. There is no way to determine your order with a Choice villa.

9. There is a 'Zero Tolerance' policy on Unsolicited Commercial Email, (also referred to as spam). Anyone found sending out Unsolicited Commercial Email to leads received from OVD will be removed from the site and forfeit any funds paid. The decision on what constitutes a breach lies solely with OVD. It is not OVD's intention to impede villa owners ability to market their listed villas.

10. Listing with OVD is not transferable to a third party. You are agreeing to purchase a one year listing on OVD. No refund is offered for cancellation within the year. Listing does not cover the actual booking of your home and cannot guarantee rentals.
