Our villa is one of the few in the area to offer three master suites, making it perfect for large families, or families traveling together. The first floor suite is appointed with a king-size bed, walk-in closet and TV, VCR, and DVD player. The master bath has a two-person garden bath, walk-in shower, and double basin. The two master suites on the second floor each have queen beds,TVs, and either a DVD player or VCR and private baths. The remaining four bedrooms on the second floor, each have two twin beds and are furnished in Disney and Universal themes for the children in your party.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, full-size range/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. There is a formal dining area and breakfast nook in which to enjoy homemade meals. There are also two lounges, one off the main entryway, and the other off the kitchen, which contains a satellite TV, VCR and DVD player. The room also has dramatic 18 ft. ceilings and opens to the second floor balcony.

The villa's private pool and spa back to the conservation area and pond for added privacy. The pool has fiber optic lighting for nighttime swims and the extended pool deck is completely screened in.

The house is completely air conditioned with additional ceiling fans throughout for your added comfort.
