Description With a name meaning lake view there's only one place to start, the screened pool deck is south facing with the stunning view of the lake and conservation area, meaning no rear neighbours to disturb you privacy. There is also a range of seating and sunloungers to ensure your comfort whilst relaxing around the pool and a convenient WC accessed directly from the deck without having to enter the villa. Leading from the deck into the family room, there is a 42" Panasonic Plasma HDTV with cable and a DVD player. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, blender, sandwich toaster, electric can opener, along with all the utensil and crockery needed for your stay. The master bedroom has a king size bed, tv, ceiling fan and the master ensuite with WC, shower cubicle, garden bath, his & hers vanities and 2 walk in closets. Leading from the master bedroom via sliding doors is the balcony an ideal place to catch the sunset with a drink or to see the hot air balloons sailing by early in the morning. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor, a twin and a double, separated by a bathroom, and two more bedrooms on the lower floor, again a twin and a double separated by a bathroom. There's a formal dining table with six place settings, and an informal dining table in the nook with seating for four. The lounge has a queen sleeper sofa, and is an ideal place for playing board games with the family, doing jigsaws or just relaxing. At the top of the stairs is the loft, with a selection of books and seating. The garage is in the process of being turned into a games room and currently has a playstation 2 console and cd/stereo system. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. The villa is fully air conditioned, comes with all linens and towels and hairdryers in the bathrooms. The telephone has free local, national and international calls. For our smaller guests there is a travel cot/crib, buggy/stroller, and
