Our home is luxuriously furnished to the highest standards, is fully air-conditioned and is fitted with a security alarm system. It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has a south westerly aspect which guarantees sun all day long. It sleeps up to 10-12. The open plan kitchen and breakfast nook looks out over the pool. The family room has comfortable lounge furniture, is equipped with colour cable television, stereo and CD player. The large sliding windows lead out on to the pool area and are fitted with child security alarms. The kitchen is fitted with every appliance you will require: cooker, microwave, refrigerator/ freezer/ icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, waste disposal and dishwasher, together with crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans etc. The kitchen has a handy breakfast bar. The separate utility room has a sink, full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. There are separate dining room and living room - giving peace and tranquillity for adults. The home has an Upstairs Master Bedroom with Balcony. This has a King size bed, T.V., walk-in closets, large en-suite bathroom, including twin vanities, bathtub and separate shower unit. It also has a balcony to sit out on and enjoy the Florida Sunsets. This overlooks the pool and the lake. Two other bedrooms are located upstairs. One has a Queen size bed and the other has Twin beds. These share an additional bathroom. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one Queen sized bed and one with twin beds. The double has sliding door access to the pool. has its own private heated pool which overlooks the lake. There is a spa
pool adjacent to the swimming pool. The large sundeck has a outside shower
and toilet, which means you don't have to come into the house from the
