Located in the prestigious development of Calabay Parc, Disney Dreamin is an executive 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property, offering luxurious spacious accommodation with all the amenities you need to make your Orlando vacation complete. It is the ideal place to return to at the end of your hectic day in the theme parks. You have all the comforts of home and when the children go to bed you can relax around the pool with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. Calabay Parc is an ideal location; 10 minutes drive to Disneys main entrance and only 4 minutes drive to Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman and a 24 hour supermarket, Italian and French Restaurants, MacDonalds, Takeaways and Video Rental. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from on the 192, which is only 5 minutes drive away. Staying at our vacation home will be an experience you will never forget. The villa backs onto a conservation area and enjoys lovely views in the evenings as the sun sets. The deck area has been extended and, whilst it enjoys full sun all day there is also a large area of shade. Pool heating is available at an additional cost (recommended mid Oct - mid April) and the whole pool area is screened which provides a bug free environment. The doors to the pool area are fitted with safety alarms. The living room has a 32" TV and entertainment centre and enjoys lovely views over conservation land. There is a separate den with 27" TV and DVD and upstairs there is a games area with play station. There are five bedrooms in total; three master suites with ensuite bathrooms and 2 twin rooms (one has a disney theme) which share a further bathroom. The den has a sofa bed which allows this room to be used as an additional guest room. There are three dining areas; a formal dining room, a breakfast nook and an outdoor covered dining area with ceiling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery and cutlery you will need and there is a separate utility area with laundry facilities. You can be assured that if you need any additional information or assistance during your stay our management company is available 24 hours a day and nothing is too much trouble for them. Property
