$980 (£560) per week Rates are for the entire villa per week and include end of stay cleaning. State taxes are 12%. Stays of less than one week are at pro rata rate and will incur cleaning charge of $85. Rates subject to change until booking confirmed. Deposit of $240 (£150)per week required to fix rate at time of booking, full balance 10 weeks before departure along with additional returnable security deposit of $300 on arrival.
