Our sunny family villa is situated in an ideal location - just 2 mins from Exit 58 of the I-4 Interstate, in the rapidly developing resort of Championsgate. We are 5 mins from the award-winning Championsgate Golf Academy and courses. Alongside of this is Championsgate Plaza which includes several restaurants both eat-in and takeaways, Publix Supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy, DVD Rental (take along d.licence + credit card to rent), bank, liquor store and gas stations amongst other things. We are also only 10 mins from all Disney Parks, 15 mins to Gatorland, Boggy Creek Airboats and just around the corner from Green Meadows Petting Farm. International Drive is a short drive away as is the famous 192 with it's vast array of shops and restaurants. The villa itself has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite, the other 2 twin rooms share the master bathroom - one of the twin rooms has a Disney theme which is great for the younger guests! All bedrooms have air-condtioning + ceiling fans to keep you cool. They also have Cable TV and are furnished to the highest standards. We have 2 living areas - the first is the Family Room, this looks out over the pool area via huge patio doors, is very airy, sunny and spacious. The huge 46" TV and DVD player are there to keep you entertained as you relax on luxurious leather sofas. The 2nd living area is also known as the Den - this has a selection of books for you to read and relax with. It also has a Playstation 2 + games to keep you occupied in between park-hopping and shopping! A queen size sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for 2 persons. The outdoor area is fantastic. Our 30' Pool / Spa is south-facing so you get the sun all day long. It has an unbeatable view, overlooking a tranquil lake and wooded Conservation Area ensuring our guets get a little more privacy. A gas BBQ is provided for alfresco dining. The pool is on an extended deck area with extra pool furniture provided for your comfort including loungers, side tables, dining table and chairs. Pool toys are also left for younger guests. We have a great Games Room, equipped with Pool Table, Professional Air-Hockey, magnetic darts and a selection of Board Games for you to enjoy. Wi-Fi Access is provided free of charge - just bring along your laptop. If you do not have a laptop, there is an internet cafe on the Championsgate Plaza a few minutes away! We have 2 Dining areas in our Villa - The formal Dining Room has a gorgeous 6 seater glass and metal table a dn chairs - a mini hi-fi completes the room - bring your own CD's. The smaller Dining area is also called the Nook. This seats 4 people with 2 high bar stools along the breakfast bar in the open plan kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would expect. We also have a seperate Utility Roomwhere you will find washer, dryer, iron + board etc.. The Villa is fully alarmed and has a security safe for your extra peace of mind.
