Description:
This beautiful executive home, which sits on an oversized lot, includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The villa is fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans in every room, including the lanai.

Lounge
The lounge comes complete with 2 sofas, 2 side tables and a coffee table. There is a cable TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo System and a Playstation. There is also a portable CD player available. Again patio doors lead from the lounge to the pool deck.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, cooker, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer with ice maker.

Dining Area
Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area with table and chairs. Another set of patio doors lead from here to the lanai and pool deck.

Master Bedrooms
There are 2 master bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a double bed. Both have en-suite facilities including a bath, shower and twin vanity basins and each master bedroom has a TV. The main master bedroom has patio doors leading onto the pool deck.

Twin Bedrooms
The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds in each and share the 3rd bathroom, which also has a bath, shower and twin vanity basins. One is Scooby Doo themed and has a TV and Video Player. The other has a novelty Mickey Mouse TV and DVD Player.

Games Area
The games area includes table tennis, foosball table football and an electronic dartboard.

Utility Room
The separate utility room has an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board etc.

Pool
The fully screened pool area with patio furniture, including 4 sun loungers, is perfect for those relaxing days between theme park visits. This beautiful home has 3 sets of patio doors all leading onto the south facing pool deck. So you only need to step out and enjoy that wonderful Florida sunshine.

All rates are inclusive of 10% sales tax. A non-refundable deposit of £100/$150 per week is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure.

Security deposit of £200/$300 is payable with the balance. This is refundable once the management company have confirmed that the home has not been damaged.

Pool heating £90/$150 (including tax) per week. (Usually only required in the winter months) Crib/High Chair £15/$25 each per week. For stays less than 7 days a cleaning fee of £50/$90 will be charged. For bookings over 8 persons a fee of £30/$50 per person, per week will be charged.
