Our very smart 4 bedroomed, (can br rented as a 3 bedroomed) 2 bathroomed villa with heated 30 X 15 ft pool is set in the very friendly and popular Clear Creek community just through Woodridge. Built on a premium lot, the pool backs onto a non-overlooked conservation area for that extra private feel, and has a covered lanai area that can house the patio furniture for when it's too warm. We are situated just off highway US27, literally 10 minutes from Disney World. The fabulous Highlands reserve golf course is 5 minutes, with many other fine courses within close proximity. You also have a Supermarket, bank, post office, hairdressers and pizza parlour all within walking distance of the home which makes shopping very convenient. The home has a nice light and airy feel to it with bright colours and large living/dinning area. New carpets through out and new sofas have been added as recently as June 2003. All bedrooms are nicely kitted out with everything you need with ensuite to the master. The kitchen is bright and clean with separate breakfast table in addition to the separate dinning table. The home is managed by a friendly onsite team who are always there for you to call upon should you need to. The pool heat is extra and charged at £15 or $22 a day with a minimum of four days. The decking area is large and can house all the patio furniture and sun loungers. There is no smoking permitted inside the villa, however you can smoke outside in the pool area. With washer and dryer in the garage and all the other home from home appliances that you need, your stay in the home will be a fantastic and memorable one, and we have had no complaints so far And with
rates from £300 a week for 3 bedrooms, and £350 a week for 4 bedrooms
you will not find a better home to stay in! And please don't be put off
by the very reasonable rates, it's just I would prefer the home to be
used all year round at a reasonable rate, rather than be empty at a higher
