4 bedroom ,2 bathroom villa on one of the best communities on highway 27.
Free use of all on site amenities for our guests Heaven Villa is fully equipped
for all you holiday requirements.
Hampton
Lakes:
Hampton Lakes is very exlusive and luxury community which is located off
US Highway 27 just 15 minutes from Disneyworld, 5 minutes drive from the
192 with all it has to offer and only 10 mins drive from the 1-4 and the
access it offers to both coasts. The community offers free on site services
for all guests including Tennis, Beach Volleyball, Basket Ball and Children's
Play Area.
Description:
Heaven Villa, our beautiful family owned air-conditioned home has two
separate living areas so your family are not cramped into one space. The
first is situated to the front of the house and has a vaulted ceiling
for a light and airy feeling, comfortable lounge furniture consisting
of 2 - 3 seater couches and a chair. You may sit and watch TV with cable
television with over 90 channels or eat your meals at the dining table
which is fully set with our full dinner service.
The second
living space will be found towards the back of the house and it is here
you may sit and listen to music on the Hi -Fi system or watch what you
want on the second TV, Video or watch a DVD. Alternatively you may choose
to watch your loved ones swimming in the pool as this room overlooks the
pool area.
Bedrooms:
Heaven Villa has a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, Cable TV, There
is also a large walk in wardrobe which houses the free cot/crib and also
other baby items including baby monitors, high chair and also bedroom
linen, this bedroom has a en-suite which include a large bath* tub and
shower, toilet and double wash basin to enjoy this roomy en-suite. This
bedroom is situated to the back of Heaven villa and looks onto the pool
area.
Double bedroom:
This bedroom is situated at the front of the villa including 1 side unit,
1 Tv with Cable and also a large walk in wardrobe. 2 Twin bedrooms these
bedrooms have 2 single beds in each and each bed has its own Disney Theme
these including 101 Dalmations. Winnie The Pooh and Mickey Mouse (coming
January 2004, each bedroom has its own TV with Cable TV and also these
bedrooms had large walk in wardrobes.
Bathroom
2:
This bathroom is located next the twin bedrooms and having a large bath
and shower and also a large wash basin. You will enjoy a relax in this
luxury bathroom.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you could
need to prepare home cooked meals for yourselves including large cooker,
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and
also a 4 seater breakfast table which is ready set with a breakfast service.
Alternatively you can order food from one of the many pizzerias, Chinese
or fast food who will deliver to Heaven Villa.
Pool Area:
All doors to the screened pool area are alarmed for safety, security and
for peace of mind. No young or old members of your group will be able
to get to the pool without someone knowing. There is also a lock bar on
the patio door.
The pool
area, which faces south gets the Florida sunshine all day, has padded
sun loungers, chairs and large table for you to relax on, maybe read a
book and enjoy the weather. With a table and chairs you can enjoy eating
al fresco.
If bar-b-ques
are your style then cook yourself something special on our grill which
is free of charge and sit around the pool and take in the Floridian sunset.
The pool
patio is generously sized. The pool and patio area is fully net screened
(to keep any bugs out but let all that Florida sunshine in!). The pool
can be heated electric for an additional charge.of £80.00 /$128 per week.
This is optional and requires pre booking.
Double Garage:
Laundry full size washing machine and dryer ironing board and iron. This
garage also has room to park 2 cars.
Staying
in Our Heaven Villa is an experience you will never forget, It will give
you the freedom you need and the luxury you deserve to really enjoy your
dream holiday .Even when you have left the theme parks -the magic continues
as you may see the Epcot fireworks from our home.

DISCOUNTS
AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS of 2 WEEKS OR MORE All prices are per week for
the whole villa and inclusive of Florida State taxes. All bookings are
confirmed in writing. To confirm your booking we require a completed booking
form, terms & conditions and a deposit of £100 ~ $160 per week or part
week.
We accept
the following payment methods in either BG£ or US$ personal cheque, wire
transfer, credit/debit cards, paypal (coming soon). Security Deposit is
payable with balance of £200 ~ $300 which is returned 30 days after departure.
A booking can be held on opition for upto 4 days at no cost to you so
you can confirm flights etc.
