Cartmel House is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in every room for those extra warm months. We have arranged for your comfort upgrades such as Queen sized pillow top four poster bed in the master suite. The second Queen sized master suite is on the ground floor, and has patio doors out to the deck and pool. There are two further bedrooms, one twin and a triple with adjoining bathroom. More comfortable furniture in the Great room, to include a full entertainment system, cable TV, DVD, CD, hi-fi, and video as well as a selection of CD's and video's for those evenings when you might wish to stay in. The kitchen has every modern convenience and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. We have installed a security alarm and safe for your valuables. We also have a computer with internet access. Shopping and restaurants are on site facilities. Southern Dunes is just off highway 27 and is less than 20 minutes from Disney World, 45 minutes to the coast and 35 minutes from Orlando airport. We have
a local Management Company who are only a phone call away should you need
