Description
The villa
is fully furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard, and is
fully air conditioned throughout. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms,
a fully screened private swimming pool and Jacuzzi.
LIVING ROOMS
The entrance foyer leads into the first of two living rooms. This rooms
comes with two sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper to accommodate extra
guests. This room is spacious and has double patio doors that lead to
the large covered patio/lanai and pool. The second living room (the family
room) is larger and comes with two sofas, a chair and a ceiling fan. It
is equipped with a large TV and games for the family. This room also has
double patio doors that lead out to the pool area.
DINING AREAS
The formal dining room leads off from the first living room, and has a
large table with 6 chairs. The Nook is a smaller dining area with a 4
seater table next to the kitchen, and overlooks the pool area. There are
bar stools at the breakfast bar too, to give you more choice of where
you dine!
KITCHEN
The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, a full sized
cooker and hob, built in microwave oven, dishwasher and a large side by
side fridge/freezer with ice making facilities. Smaller appliances will
include a kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker and hand mixer. Crockery,
cutlery, cooking utensils and a host of other kitchen gadgets are supplied
to ensure that there is everything you need for your cooking and dining
requirements.
MASTER BEDROOMS
There are two master bedrooms with en-suite. The first master bedroom
has a beautiful king sized bed, remote controlled television, alarm clock
radio and a ceiling fan. This room has patio doors that lead you directly
out onto the lanai and pool area. There is a large walk in wardrobe providing
you with all the space you need. The en-suite has a large walk in shower,
a roman bath and twin vanity basins. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The second master bedroom has a queen bed, remote controlled television,
alarm clock radio and a large walk in wardrobe. The en-suite has a shower
and vanity basin, and has immediate access to the pool area. Hairdryers
will be supplied in all bathrooms.
TWIN BEDROOMS
Bedrooms three and four are large twin bedded rooms and have walk in wardrobes.
One bedroom has a tri-bunk, and can sleep three guests, and it has a disney
theme for younger visitors, complete with games, books and toys. The bedrooms
are divided by a third bathroom with a vanity unit, hairdryer and bath
with overhead shower.
THE POOL
Relax after an exhausting day at the parks in your very own private pool.
It is fully screened to keep out insects and reduce those strong UV rays.
We have a larger than normal pool, measuring 30'x15', together with a
larger decking area surrounding it. For your children's safety, there
are pool alarms on the patio doors which join onto the lanai to alert
you if your child tries to access the pool area. There is a raised spa
for that relaxing soak. Pool heating is available at an extra cost, and
recommended for the winter months. Patio furniture is included, with recliners,
chairs and a table, for all your al-fresco dining! There is also a ceiling
fan outdoors to help you cool off on those extra hot days.
JUST FOR
KIDS!
We want your children to enjoy their holiday. We have provided some toys,
games and of course they have their own Disney themed bedroom. Around
the pool area, we have provided their very own picnic table with plastic
plates and cups. If your children are able swimmers, there is a "Treasure
Chest" that contains sinking toys, including "gems", marine animals, an
oyster game and sinking rings - all of which sink at different speeds!
We have a cot, highchair and stroller available free of charge, but if
additional ones are needed, they can be hired from our Managment Company.
MANAGEMENT
COMPANY
You will have full access to our Management Company from the moment you
arrive. Any problems, just call and they will endeavour to help you out
all they can. If you want a welcome pack leaving, you can pre-order that
with us so it will be there on your arrival.
SAFETY
Our villa has an alarm fitted for your peace of mind. On the doors accessing
the pool there is a safety alarm which sounds if the door is opened, and
interior walls are rounded off to protect little one's heads when they
take a stumble.

per property per week. £100/$150 booking deposit per week payable on booking.
Full payment required 10 weeks before departure. All the above rates include
tax, electricity and gas. A £200/$300 refundable security deposit required
on arrival to management company.
