Description
Our villa
is like a home away from home, providing you with everything you need for
a relaxing, enjoyable holiday. We also offer free use of a cot, high chair
& buggy. Plus unlimited free use of the community features on Hampton Lakes.
These include floodlit tennis courts, basketball, volleyball area and a
large communal swimming pool.
LOUNGE/DINING
AREA
The dining area has a large table and 6 chairs and is perfect for those
special occasions. This room is within easy reach of the kitchen. This
room is separate from the family room and is ideal for the adults when
they want to escape from the family room. There are 2 sofas [inc 1 queen
size sofa bed]
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST
AREA
This luxury fitted kitchen comes complete with built in microwave, oven
and hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer. The kitchen is also fully equipped
with all accessories such as crockery, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker,
kettle and toaster. There is also a table and 4 chairs for those informal
meals.
FAMILY ROOM
This room is adjacent to the kitchen and overlooks the pool area. There
are 2 sofas, and a 25" cable TV and a DVD/music system and playstation
1.
POOLSIDE
CABANA
The poolside cabana consists of a toilet, sink and external shower. It
is ideal for the children so the adults can keep an eye on them all of
the time.
SWIMMING
POOL AREA
The pool is douth facing and has been extended to 14ft x 28 ft [the shallow
end is 3ft and the deep 6ft]. The surrounding deck area has also been
extended to incorporate the extra patio furniture and to increase the
space around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing and also has a privacy
fence. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine
in. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence
MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom is very spacious and tastefully furnished. It comes
with a king size bed and full ensuite bathroom. It also has a large walk
in closet. This room overlooks the swimming pool. There is also a 19"cable
TV and DVD player.

The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom. There
is also a 19" cable TV. It is situated at the front of the villa, away
from the twin bedrooms and family bathroom

This twin bedroom has 2 single beds and 13" cable TV. This bedroom shares
the adjacent family bathroom.

This bedroom has 2 single beds and is decorated in a Disney theme; it
also has a 13" cable TV. This bedroom shares the adjacent family bathroom.

As you drive up to Hampton Lakes, you are greeted by an impressive entryway
with extensive landscaping and manicured foliage, setting the tone for
this perfect vacation getaway. Within this community you'll find plenty
of fun under the sun activities such as basketball, tennis, sand volleyball
and the clear blue waters of the community pool with cabana. There's even
an entertaining children's play area.
Central
Florida is one of the most popular vacation destinations in the world.
Explore it all from HAMPTON LAKES. Its sunshine and its beautiful beaches
easily accessible on both the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. It's the GOLFING
with 20 plus prime golf courses nearby such as Champions Gate, Southern
Dunes, Hunters Creek to name a few.
There is
also the SHOPPING in Orlando, there are many shopping malls such as Florida
Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Stores and
The Pointe* Orlando to name but a few.
Also there
is a newly built publix supermarket within a 5 minute drive from the villa.
There is also DINING out at the 100's of places to eat along the SR 192
including the old favourites like Ponderosa, Sizzler etc. And it's some
of the worlds best known attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal
Rolando, Sea world and Busch Gardens all located close by.

We prefer
to start our weeks from a Thursday if possible, this is so we don't overlap
bookings and it also benefits you; No airline / airport weekend flight
supplements (this could save you several hundred pounds with a large group)
The airports are not so busy on weekdays and Landing back in the UK on
Friday morning, you have the weekend to get over jet lag before returning
to work / school on Monday morning.
