Description
Our villa
is situated in an ideal location for easy access to all major attractions.
It is furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home
plus more! For added privacy our South facing pool and spa overlook a lake.
The on site
Club House, for exclusive use of guests, features Exercise room, Tennis
& Volleyball Courts, Full Size Pool, Games Room and Lounge. We are sure
that you will have a wonderful stay here.

- 1 King & 1 Queen, both with en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower and
bath.
- 2 x Twin bedrooms that share a further bathroom with walk in shower
& bath
- Kitchen features cooker, microwave, 2-door fridge freezer with icemaker,
dishwasher, waste disposal, filtered water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster,
cookware, etc.
- Laundry area with washing machine, drier, iron & ironing board.
- Dining area with table to seat 8. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. Fully
equipped with crockery, cutlery and glassware. - Lounge area with 32"
Cable TV, DVD player, VCR, Playstation 2 with games, Hi-fi, 2 x sofas
& armchair
- Cable Televisions in all bedrooms with VCR or DVD
- Telephone in kitchen and main bedroom
- local calls are free but all other calls can be made using a phone card
or charged to your credit card.
- Fully air conditioned
- Private Swimming Pool & Spa. Optional heating available (although not
necessary for most of the year).
- Patio area by the pool overlooking the lake with Table, Chairs, Parasol
& Loungers
- Separate toilet with hand wash basin for pool area.
- Bed linen, towels & pool towels are all provided.
- Hair driers in all bathrooms.
- Electricity included - except for pool/spa heat - see tariff.
- Our management company is on site for easy key collection and are available
24 hours a day in the unlikely event of a problem.
- We can arrange the hire of a cot, high chair or barbecue on request.
- We can also assist in arranging car hire with a meet and greet service
and the supply of local attraction tickets (Full details on request).
