Briefly the Villa Has two Master Double Bedded Bedrooms (en suite) and two Twin Bedded Bedrooms. In all it features three Full bathrooms. It is nestled in a quiet cull-d-sac within the 'Security Gated' complex of 'Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club' on h'way 27 (it's a genuine 20 mins from the Disney gates), being to the South of Disney you don't have the same traffic problems you get from heading to the Parks from Orlando or Kissimmi etc. The Pool/Patio area is larger than standard (over 1000sq feet) and it is South facing so it has the benefit of getting the Sun all day. You will also notice that the Pool/Patio view does NOT overlook other Villas it is in fact elevated over viewing the fairway and to the conservation area beyond. Additionally there is A splendid new 'GAMES ROOM' in the Garage, it features, a Pool Table, Table Soccer, Xbox, Putting, Air Hockey and an American Football game'. There is
a large cot and there is a high chair, both free of charge (being a family
man I hate to see those little extras charged for and thereby making it
