The 24' x 13' privately screened pool faces south west with sun on the pool area all day and a glorious sunset every evening. The pool area has a removable toddler screen to prevent small children wandering into the pool. The screened porch area with ceiling fan offers a shady retreat for your children and a perfect setting for alfresco breakfast, lunch and dinner and more! There are NO villas behind ours (very private) - just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodland (this view is guaranteed to stay that way for at least 100 years by Florida Law). We have not skimped with quality furnishing and appliances including a large 32" cable TV in Family Room with DVD player and Nintendo GameCube console with a selection of DVD 's and games (you can rent DVD 's & Games at the local video store), plus Cable TV's in all the bedrooms. We even have a selection of DVD 's and board games to suit all ages. We recently added a Games Room with full sized Pool Table, Table Football, Air Hockey, Electronic Basketball and a Competition Darts Board - Great for those occasional wet days !! We provide a Luxury Gas fired BBQ (no charge) by the poolside for those impromptu meals - great way to unwind after hitting the theme parks all day. A Cot (Crib), Highchair and Stroller are provided (no charge) on request. We also provide a Floor Safe for somewhere secure to keep your valuables and important travel documents (no charge). There is a laptop computer workstation / desk where you can plug-in your modem equipped laptop to get your email and surf the web for those of us who still need to keep their finger on the pulse. The superb 18 hole (par 72) championship golf course is a huge attraction for all (more so for the girls as they get to do some guilt free sunbathing by the pool or shopping at the many excellent designer outlet malls - of which there are lots). 365 days of glorious sunshine & golf.
