The villa has it's own private, mesh screened pool which enjoys a high level of privacy due to the numerous shrubs planted in the back garden. The dimensions of the pool are approximately 30 ft by 15 ft, and the depth ranges from 3 ft to 5 ft. There is also a lanai (covered area) providing both shade and shelter. A full set of luxury patio furniture is provided including loungers, chairs and table. Guests are also free to use the gas barbecue provided. The interior of the villa includes a comfortably furnished lounge where guests can spend evenings relaxing and reliving the excitement of their day. There is ample seating, a television with numerous cable channels, VCR, and DVD. This light and airy room has a lovely view of (and access to) the pool, adjoins the kitchen, a breakfast nook, and is only a few short steps away from the master bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge-freezer complete with ice-maker, a full sized cooker, a microwave oven for those last minute meals and a dishwasher. The fitted cupboards are well stocked with glassware, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. For hot drinks, there is an electric kettle and a coffee maker. The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor and at the rear of the villa. This private, comfortably furnished room contains a king size bed and bedside tables. As you would expect, there is a dressing table with mirror and a walk in closet. A rocking chair, TV with cable, and a ceiling fan complete the furnishings. There is an en-suite bathroom with full size marble oval bath, walk-in shower, two wash basins and full marble vanity unit, and separate toilet facilities. Located upstairs and at the front of the villa are the second and third bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and a dressing table. Bedroom 3 is furnished with twin beds, a bedside table and a dressing table. Both bedrooms 2 and 3 have walk-in closets. upstairs and at the rear of the villa is furnished with a pull-out sofa
bed which can sleep two people. The bookshelves are stocked and there's
a reclining chair so you can put your feet up. A coffee table and three
small tables are also provided. From this room, there is a stunning view
which provides a good vantage point to see the Disney fireworks in the
