4 x Cable TV's, DVD/VCR player with film library, Hi-Fi with CDs plus a PS2 with games to play. Hairdryers and Pool inflatables are also included. Free use of a Security Safe and baby equipment: highchair, crib/cot and stroller. We also have a selection of books, games and toys for a variety of ages.

Our villa has 3 bedrooms all with cable TV. 1 King, 1 Queen - both ensuite and 1 Twin bedroom plus a family bathroom. Large extended deck with larger than average 30 x 15 private screened heatable Swimming Pool with a Spa. On the deck there is plenty of comfortable furniture for your total enjoyment of the Florida sun.

Fully air conditioned throughout plus ceiling fans in each room, including the covered lanai (patio) by the pool.

Compact but fully equiped kitchen plus a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the garage.

The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area with views out to the pool and the trees beyond through 2 large windows.

A telephone is provided with all local calls being free - perfect for ordering pizza after a long day out.
