There is a 31 inch Satellite T.V., video, DVD player and hi-fi system in the family room and a separate dining area. Sliding doors open onto a covered lanai with large fully insect screened, outdoor heated pool with a complete range of comfortable pool furniture. The open plan kitchen is full of modern appliances including gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer and an ample supply of crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, satellite T.V., a telephone/answer phone, its own bathroom with separate walk in shower, double vanity unit and a walk in wardrobe. The other two good sized bedrooms are situated at the front of the villa with their own bathroom and shower in between. One room has a double bed and satellite TV, the other room has two twin beds and parentally controlled satellite TV. If required there is also a sofa bed in the lounge to sleep two people. A baby crib and high chair are also available at no extra charge. A good supply of towels and linens are available for your use. The villa also features a double garage and there is a gas barbecue outside by the pool. Weston Hills
