Fully furnished
to a high standard,comfortably sleeping eight people plus an infant.
Lounge and
Dining Area:
The large lounge and dining area with vaulted veiling situated in the
middle of the villa. Fully carpeted and furnished to a high standard,
the lounge has two settees, large TV with 90 channels of Cable, DVD and
Video, with libary of DVD's and video's for your added enjoyment. There
is also a Queen Size sofa bed. Large patio doors open up on to the pool
area.
Dining area:
This overlooks the front of the property, leads from the lounge, and has
a full size dining table and chairs.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen has a full size oven; microwave; dishwasher;
refrigerator / freezer with automatic icemaker; coffee maker; grill/toaster
and waste disposal unit. All necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
are provided. An iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner are also available.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.
Breakfast
Area:
This leads from the kitchen and has a table and chairs with views overlooking
the swimming pool. The telephone is also situated here.
Master bedroom:
This has a queen size bed, a large walk in wardrobe and patio doors leading
to the pool area. This bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite bathroom
with toilet, double vanity unit, large walk-in shower and seperate full
size tub (bath). A hairdryer and curling tongs, as well as all necessary
bed linens are provided. A TV and Video are all provided.
Second and
Third Bedrooms:
Both have twin beds, TV's and built-in fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom
is a pretty room and has patio doors leading to the pool area whilst the
third bedroom with a sports theme has a xbox games console and overlooks
the front of the property. They share a bathroom, which comprises of a
bath, shower, WC, vanity unit and laundry cupboard. A hairdryer is also
provided. A baby's high chair and cot complete with bedding is provided
if required.
South Facing
Swimming Pool:
25' x 12', with depths from 3’ to 5' with underwater lighting for evening
swims. Heating is available if available if required.
Large Patio
Area:
This is completely enclosed by a fine mesh screen for keeping out insects
(not the sun). The trees keep the pool private but do not shaded the swimming
pool, however there is also a outside covered area on the patio, which
has a paddle fan and light over for those who cannot take the Florida
sun all day. This is also the ideal place to spend a lazy evening by the
pool reading ( from a small library of books), with a long cool drink
by your side. Ample luxery padded patio furniture is also provided.
Management
Company:
Our property management company will respond to any unexpected problems
with the villa during your stay. This service is available 24 hours a
day.
Location:
Our home is situated in the tranquil setting of Country Creek,Kissimmee,
Florida, but is only 10 minutes drive to Disney. The famous 24 hour Wal
Mart Supermarket Centre is 3 minutes drive away on the 192 where there
are also hundreds of restaurants, shops and great entertainment. Medieval
Times, Water mania and Dave’s Water Ski School are just a few of the many
attractions all within a few minutes drive. A new Crazy Golf course has
recently been built opposite the Wal Mart and has two challenging 18-hole
courses. There are also over 25 golf courses within 30 minutes drive,
including Falcon's Fire, one of the premier Orlando golf courses When
booking our villa, full directions from both Orlando International Airport
( 30 Minutes drive) and Sanford Airport( 50 mins Drive) will be provided,
as well as a detailed map of all the facilities near to our home.
