This vacation villa is a 3 bedroom 2 bath detached home with its own private garden, it is also WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY having a concrete ramp to the front door, widened bathroom door and grab handles at the toilet and into the walk in shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a pass thru to the dining area and lounge with full seating, cable tv and video, patio doors lead to your private fenced garden (for which garden furniture is provided) There are 3 bedrooms, two of which have twin beds and have a family bathroom, then the master bedroom having a queen bed, cable tv and bathroom ensuite. The home is beautifully maintained (since we live on site for a large part of the year). Full ceramic tile with area rugs throughout. All linen is supplied. We are fully licensed, inspected and insured for the State and County Hotel License. The home has additional security for your peace of mind, though the subdivision is statistically known as one of the safest areas in Central Florida. This particular home is a community pool only home, so is therefore priced accordingly, and provides amazing value. Maximum occupancy in a 3 bedroom home being 8, though 6 is most comfortable. As we own
several homes in the same location, large parties can be catered for (ideal
for Weddings etc) We can provide a 2 bedroom or several 3 bedroom homes,
with or without private pool (since all homes have the free access to
a huge private locked heated and little used Private Community Pool and
Private Tennis Courts). All homes are slightly different and we have a
