This is a luxury three bedroom, two bath villa located on Clear Creek, Woodridge, a quiet estate fifteen minutes from the main gate of Florida's Disney World near Orlando. Our house was built in 1999 and comfortably sleeps six people but there is a sofa bed in the family room for two more. The family room which features a cable television has a separate dining area linked by an open plan kitchen. The house has two bedrooms with easy access to a bathroom plus the master bedroom which has en suite facilities. The Master bedroom and the second bedroom each have cable television, whilst the third bedroom has a combined CD player, radio and miniture black and white televison. A private heated pool and spa is situated on the south side of the house overlooking a conservation area. Relaxing pool side furniture is provided for your comfort. A large
supermarket, drug store, post office, bank and other facilities are nearby.
