of the 18 hole Championship Golf Course with pro shop, club house Bar &
Restaurant. Tennis courts, children's play area, recreation centre (with
small gym) and large community swimming pool are all available for your
free use.
Southern
Dunes is a security gated community within an easy walk of shops (including
a 24 hour supermarket Wal*Mart) and restaurants.
The House
-This beautiful new spacious home offers luxury and comfort and is furnished
to a high standard, perfect for families.
- The house is air conditioned throughout, and has a large lounge with
cathedral ceiling and fan, 3 sofas, 32inch remote control cable T.V. CD/stereo
radio cassette player and overlooks the pool deck.
- The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer
with ice maker, microwave oven and waste disposal unit. For your convenience
there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board .
- The Master bedroom is fully furnished with a King size bed, en-suite
bathroom with walk in shower and large walk in wardrobe. There is a ceiling
fan and cable T.V.
- The second bedroom has a Queen bed and built in wardrobes. A free standing
pedestal fan is provided. - The third bedroom has twin beds and large
built in wardrobe, it also benefits from a cable TV & pedestal fan.
- Bedrooms two & three share the second, family bathroom with over bath
shower.
- All linens and bathroom towels are provided.
- The house is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
The Pool
- To complete
your holiday pleasure there is a fully screened pool (26'x13') and large
patio area and sundeck.
- Heating of the pool is optional, (but rarely required) for which there
is an additional charge.

is managed locally should you need any assistance during your stay. We

Rates
The rental
for this home is from £430/$650 per week.
Prices are
based on the weekly cost of 7 nights, this does not vary with the amount
of people staying in the house (Max 6).
A deposit
of £150/$200 per week (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking,
the balance is paid 8 weeks prior to your departure date.
