A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom property set on a 1/4 acre of land, with our own screened, private, heated swimming pool. Situated in a quiet residential community on the sought after Sunridge Woods estate in Davenport, 5 minutes from the I4.

The rental price includes all towels, utilities and end of stay clean.

The Walt Disney World theme parks are only 15 minutes away. Near enough to take a break, during a hectic day, for a dip in the pool back at the villa. International Drive, Sea World, Universal Studios - are only 25 minutes drive from us. There are many golf courses to choose from, within minutes of our home.
